The villa holds 10 people in 5 bedrooms comfortably, plus there is a full size sleeper sofa in the downstairs living room, so in total our villa will hold 12 people.

For the comfort and safety of all guests, smoking is strictly prohibited within the villa which is fitted with smoke detectors which are linked to our security company. No pets are allowed.

our villa is about 10 minutes from Walt Disney World, sea world and universal are about 15 minutes away, all theme parks are easily accessed from our villa by two major highways, first hywy 27 then onto interstate 4 (east).

Directions and keypad entry code will be sent to you 2-3 weeks before arrival.

The villa is fully equipped for all your likely holiday requirements. Bed linen, towels and pool towels are provided. A small initial supply of washing powder/dish washer powder/toilet rolls etc. are provided which you will have to top-up as required.

The pool can be heated (by agreement) for additional cost as indicated on the booking form. We would recommend pool heat from October through to May. The pool is heated to the maximum temperature allowed under Florida law (85 degrees).

Hopefully you will not need this, but for peace of mind there is a walk in medical centre at the " heart of florida " hospital, situated less than half a mile from our villa.

The house is professionally cleaned prior to your arrival and the pool and garden are tended to weekly.

Completing the on-line booking form is the most convenient way but you can also email/phone or write if you prefer.

We have access to similar quality housing within the Marbella Resort area and will happily direct you to the owners.

Our villa is close to all local amenities, there are two major supermarkets ( publix and wal-mart ) within 5 minutes of the villa , all the major shopping malls are close by and easily accessable off interstate 4.

Yes!, our villa is ideally situated, with 6 major golf courses in the locality, the space coast and cocoa beach are approx 50 minutes away, offering a chance to relax and unwind away from the theme parks!
