Dear Cooper family , We want to thank you so much for renting your beautiful home to us .We had an incredible time .It was so nice to be able to come home from Disney and relax with the Big Flat Screen TV .The beds were incredibly comfortable and all the furnishings were new and all the appliances were state of the art . The games room was awesome to play pool ,hockey and shoot hoops with the kids .The pool and hot tub were incredible and clean .The drive to Disney was perfect only 10 minutes which was perfect to talk about the fun we had at the parks that day and plan the next day .Also the grocery store and Super Target and Walmart were just minutes away so we had a great time shopping for food and cooking meals before we headed off to the park and dinner when we got home .This saved us a lot of money on food at the Disney Resorts .We have stayed at Disney the past 2 years Animal Kingdom and Caribean Beach and there is no comparison .This was definitely the best of the 3 years . We hope we can stay again next year . Thank You .

Dear Karen & Gary , Thank you, we had a super time staying in your lovely home. Your home perfectly suited our requirements, with 5 spacious bedrooms and 2 lounges as well as the pool area and games room, we all had plenty of opportunities to have fun together or have our own space. The pool and Jacuzzi were top class, and we were very pleased to have the heating. We were happy to relax in the main TV/lounge, and everyone enjoyed sleeping in their comfortable beds! We were very impressed with the cleanliness of your home. It felt well cared for. The number of towels available was above and beyond what anyone could have hoped for! The situation of your villa is superb. We gazed at birds and cows in adjacent fields, while just down the road are all the shops and restaurants anyone could want. Access to I4 was straightforward and we had no difficulty finding all the main attractions. We had a great time in Florida; it is such an exciting place to spend a family holiday. We would very much like to visit again, as we know that there is so much more to see and do. If/when we are able to do so we cannot imagine finding anywhere better to stay than your gorgeous home, and would hope to find your villa available to us! With best wishes, Jackie and Family .

Hi Gary & Karen We are really grateful for the use of your beautiful house for our stay in Florida. On arrival we found the house to be in immaculate condition and spacious enough for our entire group, nine of us. All of us, especially the kids really enjoyed the pool and with it being north facing, it was perfect for enjoying the sun all day. Another asset is the games room which helped wind down after hectic days at the parks. The second living space is another great plus as it gave people a quiet area to relax in. As for a recommendation for your house, all I can say is that not if but when we holiday in Florida again, your villa will be first on our list . Thank you Meehan Family Ireland .
